From 1st of April 2017, our company will not handle the following issues anymore.
- Bank account deactivate
- During registration, wrongly entered company or someone else's bank account
- Company will ignore all the claiming of profit request regardless of whether it is on distribution date or after distribution date if wrong bank details was submitted no matter what reason is given to the company. ie. all reasons are not acceptable.
Please fill in your data carefully during registration. Double check to make sure that all data are correctly entered before you hit the submit button.
Please check again your data immediately after your account get approved, especially the bank's information. The main reason for not getting paid on time always due to wrong bank information provided.
** Please take note **
- Our company also reject and ignore didn't receive profit complaints for those member who registered from 1st March according to the above reasons.
Member may call to Penang office or submit to contact us to make correction of your personal data.
Foreign members please contact your IB to handle your problem.
Once again, we would like to stress that please carefully check your personal data and bank information both during registration and top-up. It is your responsibility to provide valid information.
Our services are being delay mainly because of the above reasons. Please do your part. Your co-operation is highly appreciated.
